Baby Room
Hi Parents,
Love is in the air.
This week our babies will be reading the “Love you for Ever” book by Robert Munsch. We will be looking at the illustrations in the book and name the people we see. We will continue to practice our signs for I love you, thank you, and Please.
We are currently working on our family display. The children will be practicing their words for mom and dad.
Older Infants (13m - 20m)
Our older babies continue to learn how to recognize their friends’ feelings this week. We will be learning how to stay calm and kind even if it is very hard at times.
We will be reading books about family and love: Daddy Love and Snuggle Puppies, just to name a few.
Our art projects will involve lots of fun coloring, painting, and sticking. We will make Valentine’s cards for our parents to say just how much we love them!
Toddlers (20m - 36m)
Hi guys,
This week we will continue to talk about our emotions and being kind to our friends along with our traditional Valentine’s day crafts.
Our book of the week will be “love you forever” by Robert Munch.
We introduced a new “love heart matching game” last week and it was a big hit, so we will play some more this week too.

Hi,
This week we continue to talk about friendships, the importance of being kind and caring.
We have many sensory projects planned for the week, so it should be lots of fun. We will be working on our numbers, counting, and recognizing numerals 1-20.
