Meet Ms. Terrie Wilson
Hi! I have been teaching preschool for over 25 years and educating children is my life. My experience started with Montessori methods and has expanded through the years to include a focus on a child’s development through positive reinforcement and learning through creative activities. I find children learn the most when they are enjoying themselves. I try to foster this in everything I do and the positive feedback I receive helps me to grow as a teacher. To me, there is nothing more exciting than when I see children learning in a positive and nurturing environment.
On a personal note, I was born in California where I lived until March of 2006. I moved here with my husband of 29 years and two beautiful daughters. Currently, my youngest daughter is going to Texas State and my oldest daughter is completing her Masters at Trinity in Health Care Administration. I feel so very lucky to have the opportunity to be your child’s teacher and get to know you all!
