Hi parents! This week in our Two-Year-Old Room, our theme is “My Senses, My Feelings and My World,” and our little explorers are learning through lots of hands-on play.
We’re going on a color hunt around our classroom, looking for different colors, matching objects, and sorting them into groups. It’s a really fun way for the children to practice recognizing colors while also building those early thinking and math skills.
We’re also talking about our families and our traditions. We’re looking at how every family is special and how families may have different songs, foods, celebrations, and traditions. This helps our children learn more about each other and build connections within their classroom.
And of course, we’re getting our bodies moving! We’re practicing balancing bean bags on different parts of our bodies while we walk, which is great for balance, coordination, and gross motor development.
So, we’re having a busy and very fun week here at Happy Bunnies! 🐰❤️
