Once again we had a very busy and fun week last week. My favorite activity was in Pre-K 3 this time. Children were exploring different spices, they touched them, smelled them, and tasted them too. We spoke about food that those spices remind us of. And when they were done exploring, we used those same spices to create cool abstract art! Children’s art pieces weren’t just beautiful they smelled amazing too!
This week, we will introduce the letter F, number 4 and the triangle. Our theme is family. Children will create pictures of mommies and daddies using shapes. Later they will use pencils and pens to draw lovely details.
