This week, we completed our first science experiment. We made a “fizzy reaction” using water, baking soda, dish soap, and citric acid.

We got to introduce new tools that we may have seen but never used like; a measuring cup, a pipette, a funnel, safety glasses and a stirring stick. The key focus was to use our listening ears and practice safety while experimenting with new things. The children were able to participate in ways like pouring & stirring the mixtures.
