As the weather is warming up, we continue to plant beans and other vegetables with our children. Our babies are exploring apples, and we will be tasting apples this week; we will be smelling them, touching them, and having fun with some cool “apple” art.
Babies will be exploring different materials – sticking them into an apple template – creating their unique apples. Our pre-schoolers continue to explore life cycles, we prepared several fun games with worms, butterflies, plants, and frogs. There is so much to learn and so much to explore!
We will be creating edible wormeries, with soil made out of cookies and worms made out of jelly. We will be looking for warms in the “find Willy” type of game, counting the number of worms, caterpillars, frogs, and other creepy crawlies.
